My name is Dave Randlett. I am a carpenter by trade.

A little history of me…Starting in 1983, I apprenticed for 4 years under a Master Carpenter (George Longdon of Baltimore). Upon conclusion of my apprenticeship, I worked as a Carpenter under a Master Carpenter (Bill Early of Baltimore) for several more years. During this time, I studied illustration and wood sculpture at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore. I relocated to Florida for a period of time, and while there, worked as a Lead Trim Carpenter for a large contracting firm, performing upscale restaurant and hotel remodels. Upon returning to Maryland, I joined with Greenfield Homes of Howard County as a Supervisor/Carpenter, where for 13 years, I built and remodeled many homes.

In February of 2006, I started my own construction and remodeling company and have been very busy ever since, with many successful projects and pleased clients.

I live in Western Howard County with my wife and three kids who keep me grounded and focused. I have a true passion for my profession and I am grateful that I can make a living doing what I love. I bring a unique perspective about home construction and remodeling to my clients from my experience and varied knowledge of building techniques and materials. I am organized and neat, and like to run a clean and orderly job site. I respect my clients' homes and privacy and I am trusted among my peers and many repeat customers.

My central Maryland based remodeling and renovation company provides over 28 years of experience in all phases of home construction. I work with a team of trade professionals and their resources to execute any project, large or small. I am fully insured, licensed and bonded. MHIC #92227

I serve Baltimore City and surrounding counties including Howard, Carroll, Baltimore, Montgomery, and Frederick, as well as the DC suburbs.

Creating new living spaces with thoughtful design, in combination with expert workmanship through experienced project management, is my goal.
